Please read this Cancellation Policy carefully. By placing an order with Daolar, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately via email at: support@daolar.com
Please include the following details to speed up the process:
- Your Order Number
- The specific item(s) you wish to cancel
3. Shipping Status & Cancellation Cut-off
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible (often within 24 hours). As a result, there is a limited time window to cancel an order.
Please Note: Sending an email does not guarantee cancellation. Your order is officially canceled only when you receive a confirmation email from our team.
If your order has already been dispatched before we process your request, we will be unable to cancel it. In this case, you may return the item after receiving it, in accordance with our Return Policy.
4. Refund Process
Once your cancellation is confirmed by our staff, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 1 business day. Please allow 1-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
5. Delivery Failure & Refused Packages
If a package is returned to us due to customer-related reasons (e.g., incorrect address, refusal to accept, or failure to collect), the actual return shipping costs (approximately €7 - €20) will be deducted from your refund.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid these charges.
