1. Processing & Shipping Time

At Daolar, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). This time is not included in the transit time listed below.
  • Total Delivery Time: The total time you receive your package = Processing Time + Shipping Transit Time.

2. Shipping Destinations, Methods & Costs

We ship from our partner warehouses in the EU and our logistics center in China to optimize delivery speed. The specific origin depends on stock availability and your location.

*Note: We currently do not ship to remote areas, such as the Canary Islands (Spain). Transit times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or carrier delays.

3. Import Duties & Taxes

For International Orders (Outside the EU Warehouse):

Shipments to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes (e.g., VAT, GST), and customs clearance fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Daolar has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary widely by country. Please contact your local customs office for information specific to your region.

4. Order Tracking

  • After placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Notification email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
  • You can also track your order’s status by logging into your account on our website.

5. Shipping Address Changes & Order Cancellations

  • You may request to change your shipping address or cancel your order before we provide you with a tracking number at no charge.
  • After your order has been shipped, address changes and cancellations are no longer possible. The order will proceed to the original destination.

6. Delivery Issues & Refused Packages

  • Lost or Missing Packages: If your tracking information indicates that your package may be lost or has not been delivered, please contact us at support@daolar.com. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include reshipping your order or providing a refund.
  • Undeliverable or Refused Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/insufficient address provided by the customer, or because the customer refused delivery, the original shipping fee and any incurred return shipping costs will not be refunded. A refund for the product cost will be processed upon receipt of the returned item.

7. Important Notes

  1. Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, local holidays, or unforeseen carrier delays.
  2. During peak seasons (e.g., holidays) or public holidays, processing and transit times may be extended.
  3. Tracking information may take 24-72 hours to activate in the carrier’s system after shipment.
  4. All estimated delivery times are based on historical data and are provided for reference only.
